Who likes  to drink tea in the morning...??? let’s lift the arms. Indonesian centainly like most people’s activities started with a glass of tea.You know, the tea is very beneficial for our bodies.But not all the same benefits of tea and its contents. A good ang very useful is green tea. Nutritionist from Institute of Agriculture ( IPB ), Prof. Dr Ali Komsan said Catechins contained in green tea are poewrful antioxidants that exteordinary activity than vitamin E and Vitamin C in the hit free radicals. “ In the 400 mg of green tea catechins are 30-42% wich is equivalent to 300 mg red wine.” Says Prof. Ali at the seminar on the benefitsof green tea. Speakers from the University of Basel, Dr. Christoph Reigger saying, green tea is also beneficial in fighting inflammation, fever, anti-bacterial, anti-cholesterol, gene mutation, constriction of blood vessels, and so forth.
 In addition to killing bacteria and free racals, green tea may also help in slimming. Why can? yes.. Because of the fat deposits will readily soluble if every morning we drink a cup of green tea ...... do not lose it initiated activities that excited this morning with a cup of Green Tea .....
