10 Things Dangerous to Brain




     The brain is part of the human body is very vital, because this is where the nerve center of many of our bodies. Not only that, our activities will not run without a brain. If the brain is interrupted, it is certain that all the activities of the body may also be disrupted. Because that's important for us to maintain brain health. In order to maintain brain health, then do not do a few things below:

1. No breakfast.

      Many people underestimate the breakfast, but by not consuming food in the morning cause a drop in blood sugar levels. 4. Too long in the environment of air pollution.

       The brain is part of the body that absorb most of the air. Too long in the environment by polluting the air makes the working the brain is not efficient.

5. Lack of sleep.

       Sleep gives the brain a chance to rest. Often neglecting sleep makes brain cells would die of exhaustion.

6. Too much sugar.

      Too much sugar will cause the brain to excess nutrients and impaired development.
7. Head covered while sleeping.

       Sleeping with the head covered is a bad habit. The habit is very dangerous because the carbon dioxide produced during sleep the brain terkosentrasi so polluted.

8. Think too hard when you're sick.

                Work or study when the condition of the body is not fit well exacerbate the ineffectiveness of the brain.

9. Lack of stimulation of the brain.

                Thinking is the best way to train the brain. Less think it makes the brain shrink and eventually not function optimally.

10. Rarely spoke.

                Intellectual conversations are usually brings a positive effect on the brain.
